Reservation Policies

Requirements
  1. All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age at the time of rental.

  2. A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required for reservations. The deposit is applied to the cost of your rental.

  3. Customers have up to 3 weeks prior to their arrival to cancel a reservation without being charged for the entire rental. With a minimum 3-weeks notice, customers may apply the $200 deposit to a new reservation that must be confirmed within 1 year of the original reservation. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  4. A major credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD) is required to secure a reservation. The name on the credit card should correspond with the name on the reservation. No debit or check cards are accepted. Third party credit cards will not be accepted. Please note: The person who picks up a car will be required to present a valid credit card and driver’s license in their own name.

  5. A minimum 6-day rental is required for reservations during peak periods, such as Christmas week.

  6. Email will be our primary method of communications regarding your reservation. Ensure that your mail filters are set to accept emails from [email protected].

Reservations may be made by phone by contacting us at (340) 776-6479. Confirmations and communication regarding your reservation will be emailed to the email address provided.

Changes to existing reservations must be emailed to [email protected]. Once we receive your change request, an updated email confirmation will be sent to you. If the new dates and/or vehicle change requested are not available, you will be notified by email.

Please notify us of any change to your arrival schedule by emailing us at [email protected].

Customer is obligated for the full rental amount as indicated in the reservation confirmation if customer fails to provide at least 3 weeks prior notice of cancellation. Customers have up to 3 weeks prior to their arrival to cancel a reservation without being charged for the entire rental. With a minimum 3-weeks notice, customers may apply the $200 reservation deposit to a new reservation that must be confirmed within 1 year of the original reservation. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be submitted by email to [email protected]. Acknowledgment of cancellation will be emailed to the customer once we have received the cancellation request and the reservation has been cancelled.
